Shaanxi
Beichuan Radio Equipments Factory, initiaed in 1965,
is one of the largest, oldest manufactures with most
complete varieties engaged in quartz crystal materials,
quartz crystal resonator, filters,
oscillators,etc.
Now we have a total capital of RMB 68 million,540
set (unit) of special equipments and instruments and
13 thousands sq.m. of workshop. Now we have 6 quartz
crystal
oscillators, filters，and resonator production
lines, in which, the crystal filters production line
is a national line with military standard; the monolithic crystal
resonator production line, introduced in 2002, is
the latest production in China. The factory has a
production capacity of 50 million (unii) for all
kinds of quartz crystal components.
The factory has powerful R&D strength,
complete quality assurance system and ISO9002
Quality Assurance System authentication, could
produce and develop all specifications of
high-quality quartz crystal components. Furthermore,
we got the Certificate
of Military Grade Quality Electronic Components, IECQ
Authentication for Manufacturer and Electronic
Products Quality Authentication respectively in 1998
and 2000; and the ISO14000 environment Management
System Authentication in 2001 as well.
The factory set the development route of
"Orienting developing products on market
expansion and ensuring Market expanding on product
development" to ensure our leading position in
severe market competition. In these years, we
have independently researched 56 new products and
finished over 260 military new products matching
projects. The product's application range includes
communication equipments, home electric appliances,
testing apparatus, spaceflight and aviation as well
as IT industry. The good quality and first-class
service have won the authentication of the
manufacturers in telecommunication, instruments and
equipments, and aviation industry.
The 15 types of products including JA18、JU38、JA40、JA74
and LSP10.7 MHz have respectively won the national,
ministry and province Excellent Product Prizes,
Scientific Conference Prize, Military Scientific Achievement
Prize and 1st Prize of National Trade Quality
Appraisement, etc. The HC-49 product series have
been appraised as Famous Brand Products by Shaanxi Government
in 1996 and 2000.
