Shaanxi Huaxing Electronic Product QC Station, as an electronic and electrical products quality inspection institution with independent legal person qualification subordinated to Shaanxi Huaxing Electronic Industry Corporation, has complete and optimized quality assurance system. In 1995, it passed the measuring authentication of Shaanxi Technics Supervision Bureau ( No.：<95>Measuring Cert.<Shaanxi>Kind<H0171> #).Now we have 38 staffs including 28 technicians,10 engineers and upper background staffs. The fixed capital is RMB 5 million.
　　With the national-standard testing-room, our station meets the environmental requirement for all kinds of electronic measurement. In these years, we have introduced a group of testing equipments and instruments with international-advanced level from Japan, America and U.K., such as the 2255 Type high & low temperature box for S&A Co. of America, the MC-71 high & low temperature box and PR-3FG alternation temperature and humidity box of TABAI, Japan, the climate box of U.K., comprehensive parameter tester Type 4274A、4275A R、LC of HP Co., America as well as the 2211 bridge from America.. A strong capacity of test has been established.
　　All of the equipments, instruments and apparatus are strictly examined regularly by National Environment Test Quality Cent (once a year), Shaanxi Measuring Bureau, Shaanxi National Defense Measuring Net and Company Inspection Center according to the related regulations of the country. All the tester staffs have passed the National Inspection & Testing have passed the National Examination for Inspectors & Testers and take the position with certificate. We have passed the national military standard quality system authentication for 3 times continuously as well as the ISO Quality System Authentication examination for 6 times.
　　The station is able to make regular tests, verification tests, safety tests and reliability tests for various kinds of electronic components, small complete machine and other electrical equipments according to the standards such as MIL, IEC, GJB, GB, SJ as well as all kinds of enterprise standards. Especially the level of the test methods for piezoresistor and crystal parts is listed at the top of the same trade of China with authoritative test conclusions. We could also undertake the tests for machinery mechanical environments (such as concussion, impaction, centrifugal and transportation, etc.), climates tests（like high-temperature, low temperature, temperature shock, temperature circulation, alternation of humidity and temperature, invariant humidity and temperature, low air pressure, etc.）, durability tests, physical and chemical tests as well as electrical measurements.
