Hua-Xing
Capacitors Factory, located in Xianyang, Shaanxi,
initiated in 1958，is one of the earliest
special manufacturer of ceramic capacitor in China.
Now the factory has 500sq.m.'s workshop and over 200
staffs including 26 technicians and 22 managers. It
is a comprehensive production enterprise combining
ceramic medium capacitor, ceramic powder,
half-finished products and finished products.
The factory has advanced equipments and
excellent technics. With 2 set of spraying granulator,
8 rotating press, 7 pusher plate type tunnel furnace
and other main equipments such as forging, covering,
sealing and welding as well as other fixed capital
counted around RMB10 million in total, the
enterprise has formed large production capacity like
30t/month for ceramic powder, 60 million/month for
ceramic piece and 5 million/month for
finished-products, which listed on the top among the
capacitor trade of China. Titanium and strontium
series ceramic materials have stable electrical
performance and good technical performance and
ranked on leading position at home and have been
appointed by many domestic large enterprises
including joint ventures with a high satisfaction
rate of 90%.
Completely implementing <General
Regulation on Electronic Equipments Fixed Ceramic
Medium Capacitors> of the country, we make
regularized management in production and have won
the ISO9002 Quality System Authentication and IS001
Environmental Management System Authentication in 1998
and 2001. And, in the yearend of 2002, we smoothly
passed the re-verification of ISO9001：2000. The AC
Capacitor CT7 have won 8 safety authentications
including CQC of China, UL of America and VDE of
Germany,etc. which provide quality assurance and
green channel for the export of the products.
