As the
professional mould manufacturer affiliated to
Shaanxi Huaxing Electronic Industry Corporation,
direct member of China Mould Association, is one of
the 88 stateown key factories enjoying the refunding
of value-added tax during "the 9th 5-Year
Plan". The factory mainly engaged in the
designing and manufacturing of all kinds of
complicated moulds, tools and non-standard
equipments, especially the manufacturing of
multi-position precise upgrading mould, ceramic
molding mould, precise plastic mould and crystal
component mould for electronic parts and components.
With over 100 sets of equipments for lathing,
milling, planning, grinding, boring, electrical
processing as well as the working sections of
forging and heat treatment. Additional, with the
super precise processing methods including
slow-running thread cutting, plotting grinder, NC
miller and so on, we undertake the designing and
manufacturing of all kinds of high precision working
moulds.
The factory has over 140 staffs, among which, there
are 6 with senior qualification technicians, 25
middle-level technicians, over 20 technicians and
all kinds of senior technical workers. With powerful
technical strength, we have manufactured many sets
of precise moulds for IRICO Group, Pianzhuan
Group,etc. and are highly praised by the clients.
Also, the working moulds produced by us are well
sold in many regions like Hubei, Sichuan, Shandong,
Guangdong and Guangxi,etc.
