¡¡¡¡In the 40 years since the establishment of Xianyang
Huaxing Middle School, the school scale has been much
expanded, now there are 24 teaching classes, 1270
enrolled students and 69 teaching staffs. In these
years, the school has introduced tens of young sketlon
teachers with good reputation and big influence, generally
established a high quality and rich experienced teaching
group. With condense academic atmosphere , we have
published 252 theses at all kinds of academic communication
publications and turned out a large group of excellent
teachers. The strong teaching power and stably elevating
teaching quality has attracted the students from various
regions. Even the students from the scores of units
nearby as well as the regions like Xi'an, Xinjiang,
Yan'an, Yulin and Xingping came to our school for
study.
¡¡¡¡The school is equipped with modernized education
equipments. Recent years, we have put in over RMB
5 million and established the teaching building, advanced
computer center and language teaching classrooms with
Internet access. The microcomputer education and language
classroom teaching can be ensured for each class with
one computer for each student. Furthermore, we have
3 laboratories for physics, chemistry and biology
with first-class experimental equipments.
¡¡¡¡1993, as the first one among Shaanxi education system
who make system transformation and stepping into the
education market with severe competition, through
one decade's exploration, we have summarized a set
of complete management experiences and teaching method
which applicable for the new trend of education innovation.
Being reported by many medias for many times, our
transformation direction and achievements have been
appraised by much circles as well as the students
and their parents.
¡¡¡¡Basing on the guideline of "Strict management,
Careful concerns, Exist on Quality", we implement
overall management and quantitative assessment for
teachers; make floating management and classified
operation for the students, creating a good competition
environment for the student and established complete
bursary system, which provides free education for
the excellent students and offers financial assistance
for the poor students. The number of sponsored students
in the past 3 years is over 100, and the total offered
amount is over RMB 100 thousand. These assistance
help the poor students smoothly accomplish their study
and enter the ideal tertiary institutions.
¡¡¡¡The education of our school has won substantial
achievements such as the high rate of college-entry
rate over 73% for continuous years, the "Group
1st Prize" in National English Olympic Tournament
for continuous 2 years as well as the "Advanced
Education Units" by Shaanxi Information Industry
Office, "Civilized Campus" of Weicheng Dist.
and the "Education & Teaching Practical Base"
of Shaanxi Normal University.
